- Purefyl use third party courier service for all orders shipped within Indonesia.
- Please make sure to provide your current, complete address with postal code, recheck your address and details before completing your order.
- All orders will take 1-2 days to be prepared and it will take approximately 2-7 business days from the date of purchase for them to arrive to you. You may track your order with the shipping tracking number.
- All purchases will be delivered during business days (Monday – Friday), excluding public holidays.
- During the holiday season, there may be unforeseen delays that are out of our control.
- Purefyl shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. All items purchased from the Website are delivered to shipment carriers. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Purefyl may reject orders where the stated delivery address is outside Indonesia.
RETURN & EXCHANGES
- Orders that have been paid are final and cannot be cancelled. However, we accept returns for refunds or exchange if the item is defective or does not match its description.
- Purefyl will refund your payment if the product is returned within 7 days after you received the item.
- Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before requesting refund/exchange and processing returns.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
